    Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.

    Build personal Awareness and greater self- and contextual awareness, deeper Level of Learning, Increased level of engagement, enhanced ability to communicate and so much more.

    Its recommended to do, but the dependence of each use we are individual and some time we need to
    follow inner guidance.

    Where I have found it especially helpful for clients is in two ways;

    • To use mindfulness practice where a client is struggling with stress and anxiety
    • The other way is to help reinforce some of the key principles agreed from the session in a brief mindfulness recording to help them internalise into their day to day practice. This has helped clients working on varied on aspects from self care through to prioritisation in a working week
    While some studies show various benefits from a consistent mindfulness practice in only 8 weeks, this doesn't mean that your problems immediately disappear. Mindfulness is not a magic pill, nor does it produce the same results in everyone. 
    I personally recommend one coaching session per week.
