Mindfulness coaching provides a safe and supportive environment for you to explore mindfulness as a way of living and learn mindful practices to take into your everyday life.
Our minds are busy creatures: talking, congratulating, judging, advising, criticising us all the time. Have you ever wondered what it might be like to quieten that chatter sometimes? How much more peaceful life could be?
Have you ever driven home to reach your destination and not remember the journey? Or eat a chocolate bar and look at the wrapper at the end, not really aware of how it tasted? Have you ever wondered what you might see if you were more present, what you might appreciate and be grateful for more?
Mindfulness coaching will teach you mindful meditations and mindful practices in a 1-2-1 setting over 6 – 8 weeks. Because it will be just the two of us, we can explore your challenges more profoundly and what mindfulness can teach you.
Each mindfulness coaching programme is designed with you at heart, which is individual and your goals.
